How do I install Internet Explorer?
You can download the latest browser from the Microsoft web site at no charge http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/ and follow the on-screen instructions.

How do I uninstall Internet Explorer?
Windows 95: Click on "Start" -> "Settings" -> "Control Panel". Double click on "Add/Remove Programs". In the list presented, find Microsoft Internet Explorer. Click on this line once to highlight it, and then click on remove.
Windows 98: Internet Explorer comes as part of Windows 98. It cannot be uninstalled.

I cannot see some of the interactive content, e.g., The four step procedure for risk assessment.
You need to have the Macromedia Shockwave; plugin installed. An installation for Shockwave can be downloaded from http://www.macromedia.com/shockwave/download/ at no charge.

I cannot see any of the videos.
The videos in this program are supplied in Windows Media Video (WMV) format. An installation for Windows Media Player can be downloaded from http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/download/default.asp at no charge.

I cannot view PDF documents.
The PDFs (Portable Document Files) are viewed using "Adobe Acrobat". An installation can be downloaded from http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep.html at no charge.

When I point to a button nothing happens. Nothing happens when I click on some of the toolbar buttons, e.g. Glossary.
Either you are using a browser than can not utilize JavaScript, in which case we suggest updating your browser. Or the settings on your browser have disabled JavaScript. Enable this facility and try again.- 'View > Internet Options > Advanced'.
