Eleftherios H. Drosinos born in1964 in Athens, Greece. He graduated
with a M.Sc (1988) in Agricultural Sciences, Agricultural University of Athens
(AUA, Greece), Dr. Drosinos obtained a Ph.D. (1994) in food technology and microbiology
from The University of Bath, UK with a scholarship gained from The Hellenic
State Scholarship Foundation (1991-1994).
He conducted research at The National Agricultural Research Foundation of Greece (Lycovrysi), and collaborated with the Laboratory of Food Microbiology and Biotechnology (AUA). He is currently a lecturer (Food quality and hyiene assurance systems) in the Deptment of Food Science and Technology (AUA).
Dr. Drosinos has published articles and chapters concerned with food microbiology and technology and quality, and HACCP in meat industry.
