"Farm to Fork"
"From Farm to Fork" is a co-production of EBT Consultants Ltd. Athens, Greece and AleffGroup, London. It is the first module in a series of programs both companies are producing within the AFSIS project. AFSIS, Applied Food Safety Information Services, was founded in 2002 in response to professional demand to extend the AVIS series to include food safety and other aspects of veterinary public health. AVIS was founded in 1992 and is a joint program of FAO, OIE, IAH Pirbright and AleffGroup. It is focused on List A Diseases such as FMD.
